On Tuesday 3 June 2025 we headed out for the “Bruggenroute” (Bridges route, following an earlier (partially duplicating this route) visit in March 2025) (9.4km) at the visitors centre Leudal after a good cup of coffee in the adjacent restaurant. The hike was a real treat; very varied landscape. Most of the time easy going but as always near water; prepare for muddy shoes so wear wellies or waterproof hiking boots.
