Friday 7 November 2025, autumn hike, 12 km based on a ‘klompenpad‘ (wooden shoes trail) in the province Gelderland. Very varied walk in a beautiful setting. Relatively easy going but note there’s a lot of water so it can be muddy. The original walk is 10km, however we made some small detours e.g. to have a great cup of coffee and a ‘paradise cake’ at the farm ‘t Paradijs’; recommended.
